I have tested 3 phones - only USB cable connected to PCB and PC USB port, without battery.
Also - You may need to disconnect all flex cable connectors from PCB.

If box and ribbon cables are okay, it must work, even at maximum speed !

I tested with USB, with battery always recive this error. all flex disconnected, change speed etc..

There is not much options - if You are sure that cables and soldering is done properly, and still have connection problems, then only reasonable solution is to replace box.

I want to make a full backup but i'v got this error, could someboudy help me out! THX!

You no need RESURECTION

JUST upload new firmware with FULL battery - I used from NOkia 6300

Hi,

You have different HW version there, and You need to use HTC HD2 DLL to write files manually.
If You need to unlock it, just write EFS file from here :

If You need to repair phone, use full dump.
