st23 brand new phone not power on and it get qualcomm hs-usb drivers.

some time set have hardware issue. but befor do H/W need conform it h/w or boot dammdge.

riff officially not support this phone but i think it can do unofficially.

any one khow how to do it pls repply. do not post nonsense answer.

Hi
If you want check phone for HW fault or Boot Problem,You Need Ask From Your Client

if phone have a suddenly dead,it's HW problem
if phone dead after flash wrong firmware or damage during unlock boot-loader,install CWM,Rootng phone or other sw method,,,This is boot problem

Anyway,We have pinout and boot file
Please contact me via ICQ if you want pinout and boot partitions
