Strange error on startup riff - GSM-Forum

In the past, the old version was running smoothly
Now When I copy the new version does not run any of the two versions.
in fact after run When the dll was installed , this error came:

When I close above error, this error came:

Works:
I removed and reinstalled drivers
Box is intact in other systems
Firmware Updated
I use the back ports

I know that if I change my windows solved, but I wanna Troubleshooting.....I have win 7

Does it starts ok without any DLL-s in resurrectors folder?
