T989D Connecting to the dead body...FAILED (Help Needed)


hi
i have this problem with T989D

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.33, JTAG Manager Version: 1.44
Selected Resurrector: [Samsung T989 V1.0.4455.18306]

Connecting to the dead body...FAILED
None is detected.

is the battery charged? if yes... did you try to press the phone power button?
did you read help file in resurrection area?

yes battery is fully charged . i tried with pressing power button .read all resurrection .and also i tried to use power supply
but problem is still there .this problem with 4 t989D
any help from Riffbox support ??

i just fixed this problem from 6 phone from t989 and i727 i9020 i747
but now Resurrection complete! but no Download mode i
one t989 is full fixed and one i9020 full fixed like i get download mode and full flash
but 4 phone t989 i727 i747 i9020have same problem Resurrection complete! but no download mode

plz help me about this now

did you try a Download mode jig made with 301k ohm resistor? That's what I use.. I dont use the phone buttons for download mode.

Resurrection complete! but no download mode

I have 85 Phones with the same problem Resurrection Complete but phone still does not go to Download mode. Please I need urgent help.

just a little test .... take out the battery from the phone...wait a few seconds....put it back in the phone without touching any buttons...
Does the phone try to boot/restart without touching any buttons?
If yes you need to replace the power button.
Power button on the T989 and I727 are known problem.
