Is there a way of knowing if boot can be resurected before soldering cables? Like doing some kind of Test with a Multimeter to find voltage at some testpoint?

I have soldered a lot of phones and apparently the problem wasn't bootloader at all!!

Just found the service manual and will check voltage at testpoints!! Thanks for a great tool!!

Buy some jigs, then no need to solder.

yes,,,you have it
just press "jtag analize chain" or "connect get id" after soldered wire(use low speed like 100khz)
