Unable to Write Backup Using HDDRaw and Riff Box (but only erase) - GSM-Forum

Hi, please i need help here.

I have phone in hand it suddenly dead after i put microsd with TF update inside but it never do update because it's say, " Only newer version allowed to upgrade..." after that message appear i took the battery. But when i trying to re-attach the battery and turn it on again, it's dead.

Phone detected as 9006, write using HDDRaw, it's error 21 at 0x0000000 address (so i think it can't be written from the beginning address)

The i try to write full dump using Riff Box, same problem happen. I cant write the dump it's say, error 0x21 at 0x0000000.
Erase GP1 and Area UserData not help, writing only boot give the same error.

I can erase but can't write. this is emmc problem or other hardware problem maybe emmc not supplied enough power or what?

It's simple, on user area try read 1mb data and save, write/erase 1mb data . After write/erase read again and save with another file name. Compare to data with hex editor or notepad ++. If u see same data. It's have emmc error with lock data.
Many normal phone after hard reset, nothing change because bad emmc. If u have emmc tool box. Try format emmc. If after format usb detected as 9008. Emmc work fine.
