riffbox.org connection problems

Hello!
We have bought Riff Box Jtag about 3 weeks ago and had our internal routing problems in connection with your site (which are needed for updates, required for device operation). Now they are solved but after that it seem that our IP ad******* become blocked by riffbox.org side: to test our routing configuration we had used traceroute utility, but tests on third PC shows: after traceroute attempt client IP address is blocked on riffbox.org side - I have no pings.

So, does it possible to unblock my IP address:
1) 83.167.123.73
2) 213.33.220.118

Hi,
I removed Your two IP-s from firewall rule, please don't try to sniff around anymore.

Hello!

Thank you for granting access, but in traditional meaning nor tracerouting, nor accepting of offered by supporting standard ICMP traceroute requests are not considered as sniffing. From other side I have tried to make transparent FTP proxy for software update when I had direct connection problems (because JTAGManager software haven't any proxy connection settings and does not use system-wide settings), maybe you had suspected sniffing in such attempt?

Now I have access to jtagbox.com, and can download drivers and JTAGManager, but I can't update them. My firewall and antivirus settings are based on corporate rules and I can't change them. But I have found over internet newer software versions of JTAGManager and resurrector files, so I succesfully resurrected Galaxy S I9000.

But now I need to change firmware on Galaxy S II, and I haven't found enough new software to supports such configuration.
Have you any additional software distribution source, or maybe you have additional firewall rule for software update?

So disable firewall. It's nothing related to our side.
