Why can I no longer use my RIFFBOX?! - GSM-Forum

I have a RIFFBOX for 2 years. In haven't used it for a while and now when I come to use it I download the new JTAG manager and it tells me my box is not registered! What the heck?
I have tried to confirm registration and it tells me it cannot be verified as maybe a clone. It is definitely NOT a clone. it is a genuine RIFFBOX I bought on Ebay on 04-May-12. It even has the security seals on the screws.
I bought this device in good faith and now it is useless because my box isn't recognized.
What do I need to do to solve this please, I can provide pics, serial number, whatever. Please do not tell me to buy a license as this is totally unacceptable for something I have already paid for.

Some more info, the date on the security seals over the screws is Nov 2011, so how can this be a clone?

i have same problem but i dont why i cant use it.

and we have bought 3 new riff box but still cannot use it.when i ask the supplier message the riff team but i get no response

i guess is not easy to have a riff box now.

i love to use it before
