Wildfire S RTCK does not respond

Hi,

using a Gold-Card / RUU my Wildfire S got bricked.
After "successfull" Update the phone just flashes slowly with the display backlight, no information displayed, no bootloader.

So I bought a new RIFFBOX. Soldered JTAG wires. But the resurrector keeps failing with "RTCK does not respond". USB cable is connected to PC.

The probing manual states, that there should be some voltage on some of the JTAG pins, but I couldn't measure any. However I measured 5V on another Pin.

What can I do to get the phone working?
My assumtions are: Unrouted pins, wrong pins, broken phone, broken riffbox.

This is my first try with the riffbox, so any help would be appreciated.

-- Manual --

Solder to JTAG Pads: OK
Insert USB Cable: OK
WildfireS selected: OK
Resurrect: Fails

Common errors:
NRST: Connected
Wire length: 10cm
RTCK selected: OK
Sampling Frequency: 20kHz

Did I miss something?

@legija
I use the original USB Cable (connected to PC)

You may need to try using battery or external power, with power button combination.
Sometimes USB cable simply fails to power on the device.

Tried it with battery, holding pwr-button, nothing changed.

I'm just using the phone pcb, no peripery (like display) connected. That's correct, right?

In order to find out if the device is -really- powered on I connected the display and battery while trying to connect to jtag, without success.
(Did only connect GND, NRST, TCK and RTCK for better handling and used "Analyse JTAG Chain" function)
