Wildfire vibrates 3 times with green LED

Hi everybody:
I got a Wildfire,it's brand new,if i try to power it on it vibrates 3 times with a green light in LED notification. When i try bootloader mode it does nothing and if connected to USb it asks for "Qualcomm CDMA Technologies MSM" driver.
Phone hardware is checked and there are no sign of physical damage to the phone. Is this phone bricked?what shall i do with it?

Connect to RIFF and press "Resurrection" button.
Your phone has deleted modem boot part.

This procedure is tested with HTC Wildfire :

1. Erase full flash
2. Press "Resurrection", enter new IMEI, SuperCID and tick "HTC Partition"
3. Enter bootloader and flash the phone with firmware

If phone hw is ok, this will resolve any software based problems. Of course, if HW is not ok, You cannot fix it with software.
Check "Important Manuals" sticky topic for details about erasing flash and CID update.
