try update your jtag manager and dll then try again....

after erase sw zone u need to flash ur phone with setool or other tools.

Why you don't try to read sticky posts in RIFF section?

And in meanwhile try to lower your RTCK speed as intruction says.

What settings are best for SEMC QC phones ?

- RTCK Sampling 8MHz
- External power + USB Cable

Have you ever read JTAG manual ? So mutch effort invested in that - really good stuff...

By not reading it is somehow dissrespectfull to the authors...
