when i m trying to resurrection m getting this error

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.33, JTAG Manager Version: 1.44
Selected Resurrector: [ZTE S1602 V1.00]

Connecting to the dead body...ERROR
ERROR: The RTCK Signal does not respond.

my riff box not work any mobile not connect always eroor rtck not work
my deler not replace box

Connecting to the dead body...ERROR
ERROR: The RTCK Signal does not respond. but I check with others riff box, phone resurrection succssfull.

I purchased(03/08/2013) the box. I was thinking,I'll go to Consumer Court. What I do?
