bug in 1.08 Language recognize . - GSM-Forum

Somthg wrong with reading table of languages, they aren't correctly recognize
Just look at jpg, also I will give you link to flashfile, just readed from working phone.

When you fix this problem still nothing happen and not fix this STUPID bug that can't use this LANG EDITOR !! !! !!
