| email with nck comes too late why every few days happend that code is calculated but server send nck code 10-15hrs after calculation? |

| This depent on server with mxkey box that work correct or not if hang support person need restart manualy and after first software calc new codes that come and after checking cloud that is any imei with no nck and if is calc codes. And this take time. If you not like automatic nck send system you can always do this manual and send your customers this is just free option added to cloud. |
