Hello.

Just few questions:

1. Would like to create mine tickets in HTML - can you give me some info about how to get correct data from data base (customer detail, description etc). I mean code names that can be used in HTML , where can I find source of your both ticket print templates - so I can analyze them and create mine own in Icelandic language.

2. web address for online status is too long - and I'd like to use mine own website address - like www.service.mydomain.com , or just put part of your website into mine.

Heeeeeeelooooooo.... still no answer for quite simple question, I'd like to change some simple stuff there??
Understand sw is under develop, but am I the only one client
