Some users claim that credits was not refunded after they deleted hash in the queue, what wrong with your system, we can not track it, so how we know what's going on???

On sonork you just write to me "ok i will check it", is it take so how long, few days passed. What a bad support!

I got 1 question why your users adding and after few hours delete records ?
Just tell him that delete is not allowed and that all problem solved this is so hard little think ?
If he delete and credits not refounded just he lost credit and money but this will not be your problem.
I think if i adding something to calc I want calc this not searching cheaper offert after add and delete record if find.

We, who supply the service, do not care or need to know why users delete their hash! All we need is the system must work well on all cases, especially the credits system!

This credits system is really bad, if i deleted 13 pcs, refunded only 8pcs ...
