Hello. Try check code in Web control panel, when you press Check User Info - you will see page and account details.

When you upload code - Server SAY EXACTLY time.
For now it 2-3 days.
Be patient, today you will get clear answer.
Write next 5-10-100 post will not do anything faster.

wait for 2 hours, author will be online and he will suggest a solution
this IMEI was uploaded by 1 person and then request for cancel
then the same IMEI was uploaded by you , and therefore server had blocked this IMEI
so when author comes online he will fix this
