5233 rm-625 only vibrate flash with cold flash - GSM-Forum

my 5233 m-625 full working condition sometime restart so i bakup imei
backup pm
and erase the phone there are also shown a message to flash with cold flash

so flashed with cold flash but result is only vibrate my phone when i power on

i try several flash file

i try with hwk, mx-key but no result

i change battery, also changed battery connector but no result

plz anyone can give me right solution
