| 5800 user data extraction error Hi, please i'm trying to read the data off my 5800 but having this error "BackUp UserData : [PhoneBook] Generation mode : [S60] Operating mode is OK, no need change... SmartPhone algo initialise... Setup data... StartUp FileSystem... Fsrun OK... Detect Symbian OS Generation... Detected: [Symbian OS 9.3/9.4] Phone! Warning! Many [9.3] and [9.4] phones not supported now  Running : APE_TEST_SERVER,w45_08,(c)NMP Found! Will read 1333 blocks... Sorry, FS error : Phone not answer... Error during read... Error during read..." in your list of supported models, you state that for 5800 which is bb5 (symbian 9.x) model, user data extraction is supported up to Nokia 5800 (up to SW v21 ) my question is can i downgrade to version 20.0.012 and then extract my data as that version is supported for this model??? i also read the FULL FLASH in .bin format. can i safely write it into the phone and get ALL my user data after flashing it?? anticipating your kind help and direction. best wishes |

| 2 ways : 1. Flash SW21 (MCU+PPM) and extract data. Just flash from dead mode, phone will go in local after. 2. In User Data tab - From FullFlash - Select desired data types, select S60vX, press Go, select file. Choose any, but second now more faster. |
