Nokia 5230 5233 power on just variation tested solution here.
try this solution one by one

Step1:check bsi line.bsi line cut. apply this jumper.

Step2.try flash same product code.

step3.remove this N2121.

I saw the above solution in forum, my question is HOW do I flash my phone with the same product code?

Check it in back sticker (under battery)
Open NaviFirm, select model, enter PC in search tab.
Viola.
