bad ticket problem [ How to upload Other Box SL3 BF Data] - GSM-Forum

i cant upload file from other tools it show bad ticket

Check client version...
Compatible: 1.27.0. or higer...

Connecting to server...

Server have 866 free slot(s)
Upload Job procedure started...

Load from file error... Bad ticket...

If you want to upload jobs that was read with other tools, contact to rd@infinity-box.com and include in your mail your BEST S/N, we will give you an instruction:

- [BEST] software version to use: 1.29 or higher
- configuration file name: settings.ini (open it with any text editor, f.e. use Notepad or Wordpad)
- external log files allowed with this key:
[server]
ChOth=0

supported file types (ATF, MT-Box, MxKey, Cyclone, etc.):
1. file.bat (ighashgpu only)
2. file.sha
3. file.log
4. file.bcl

Please, be noted that we take no responsibility for any problems (if any) with external log files

Sir,
I am also facing the same Error.
I am trying to upload a file created by ATF after Auth, Unable to Upload.
But I am able to Upload the file Created by Best.
What is the Problem?
I found One difference in the File. The File created by ATF is 405 Bytes, But the same By Best is 427 Bytes. Could this be the problem for Upload?
Earlier the same 405 Bytes file of ATF was successfully Calculated By Best server.
So may be a small change in File upload might exist in server side Or the Soft Itself.
Please give us a feed Back.

how to create file with best i tried to use ufs and jaf box but give error

ATF .bcl file will be supported in next software update (in very short time), but for now you can use other files easily !
