Computer turn to hang when installing driver for BB5 best dongle. For the driver I installed pkey driver.

plz provide proper assistance....

If possible - better re-install windows. Some kind of debug/spy drivers or e.t.c. force pc to BSOD.

Hello,

In most cases you do not need to install any drivers for BEST, Windows will make it automatically.

What is your OS type ?

problem for windows 7 No problem for windows xp with jaf pkey driver.

But I have to use BB5 Best dongle in Windows 7

Same problem for 2 laptop and one desktop computer into windows 7. Always pc totally hang when installing smart card driver. some times pc hang then auto restart. already tried to re windows setup but problem same.

plz guide me ..

Reader problem ? it working well on xp... now on one windos 7 desktop. Till now same problem on others two laptop on windows 7.

Just go to PC Device Manager, make right click on Device and Uninstall it.

Actually you do not need to install any drivers for BEST Dongle, Windows can install standard drivers and everything should works well.
So, try to uninstall all previously installed drivers, reboot PC, connect Dongle to PC and wait some time.
