Hello,

- Download "DongleManager" software- http://server1.infinity-box.com/down...gleManager.rar

- Run DongleManager.exe

- Select "Infinity-Box" or "BEST Tool" or "CDMA Tool" (depends on your Box/Dongle type)

- Read Box/Dongle serial number (S/N)

- Send problem description and full text with Box/Dongle details to [email protected]
