hhey now again my dongle is dead.i activated my bb5 tool with micro-box and when i try to update my card firmware error now my card id is gone AGAIN.why when i update my dongle every time dead??i have to wait for days to use my dongle and now when i activated with micro-box i cant use

Hello,

1. Install required Card-Reader Drivers:

- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pd f
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202

Download files here - Index of pub/drivers/

Also you can insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader.

2. Run DongleManager.exe
3. Update Dongle firmware now ONLY ONE TIME

Try to update dongle once again.
If you have another PC you can try with another PC but do not forget to update drivers as per instruction.

i try on a laptop dell vostro 3360 its a good laptop but still no luck
and i dont use antivirus dont understand...
