please supporter i am trying to unlock a phone and i am seeing "authentication failed 0315******" please help me

Hello, better and fast way - contact with your reseller, if you not use any Online service on your dongle before.

i have unlocked more than 80 phones already with this dongle i have also used the free dcunlocker credit given to me, this thing is happening now

Hm, strange.
We will check it today, maybe some problems. Anyway, try after 5-20 minutes few times via Check/Unlock button connect to server.

so i can not use my dongle again and i have 100 logs on it, up till now "authentication failed"

thanks for for prompt response, the problem is solved, it was due to password i changed on server, i did not know that i will also affect the dongle too.

Yes, after you change password in Online Service you have to adjust BEST login/pass by this instruction: Infinity-Box Technical Support • View topic - "Authentication failed" probelm & solution
