i have unlocked more than 80 phones already with this dongle i have also used the free dcunlocker credit given to me, this thing is happening now

Hm, strange.
We will check it today, maybe some problems. Anyway, try after 5-20 minutes few times via Check/Unlock button connect to server.

Yes, after you change password in Online Service you have to adjust BEST login/pass by this instruction: Infinity-Box Technical Support • View topic - "Authentication failed" probelm & solution
