Ok, for more clear info i write here little and main info about BEST.

BEST is created for servicing Nokia phones, ofcourse.
But, not just flash/repair as other software exist on market.

Some of main features - it is work with user data on Nokia phones.

Sometimes customer can ask save data from dead set before reflash it or repair. Like phonebook or gallery or calendar or... something else.
Offcourse, for some old phones - like 6233 and others - exist some methods for extract data from pm and some other thing. But it not universal and can't give need result on most Nokia handsets.

BEST can provide end user some unique features, which can help :

- Read user gallery ( photos, videos, sound records and other stuff )
