bb5 password


hello

On bb5 easy service tool when i press check user info told me to change password.
If i change the password the access is denied .

please help

but even if i configure the password in (settings.ini) i cannot change the card password .is appearing the old one when i press check user info

Please double check you ini file settings.
Once you will update ini file well you will have a success with login for sure.

i have checked this many times .
If i change the password with the old one, it requires from me to change password whith a new one.
If i use a new password then i get the message i saw you.
should i change something else except ini file ?

At first you should login to your online account and apply new password for your account.
Do you know how to do it ?

Just update yourr password and you will see one more instruction how to update your BEST after password change
