Same as ordinary PC change, but needed before make some swap data read from phone with needed PC. If change via normal way not done - BEST will try find need PC in base. If it exist - it change it via few seconds.

Example :
So, if our pc is 0500001 and we want change to 0500002 - need make ReadRPL and Read Info via BEST on N8 with PC 0500002 - after we can change PC in any other N8 to this 0500002 PC. No need more read anything for this PC.

You can ask any user read this - better make thread for share PC files. They located in BEST/phdata/pc/
