Unhappy BEST dongle damaged Dongle Manager


Good afternoon !When you upgrade BEST smart card cut electricity.Then he died BEST.Now it is impossible to upgrade.When you run the BEST (Dongle is not found! Connect Dongle and restar sowtware)

I have checked our tickes system and as I can see you have got answers from supporters already.

Now I see it was a supporter mistake that he have answered you in Russian. Let me try to translate to English:
- you must stop to attack our server, you have made about 100 tries alread
- your account has been locked by server automatically for 7 (seven) days due to your useless tries was recognized by server as "attack"
- you can contact to our supporters again in 7 (seven) days

Hi ! It took 7 days. Now, is it possible to update the BEST? You can see my S / N: 3B707C84 to the base, he unlocked it? I am waiting for your answer ...

Server lock your account AUTOMATICALLY AFTER 3 TRIES to stop any kind of attacks.

Why YOU LOCK your acount again and again ?
Please give me an explanation so I will be able to prepare instruction for other users and to discuss it with server admin.
