best dongle license file can't sent my email


my best dongle install new pc
first time open best exe ask username and email
after complete it, but two days can't sent licence file my email
what's this fault, and please give me a solution

Server is Ok.
Something wrong with you registration process.

Disable your PC Antivirus/Firewall or give enough access for BEST.exe !

- Close [BEST] software
- Install latest [BEST] software version
- Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST folder
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file
- Run [BEST] software
- Enter your REAL VALID e-mail address and you will get new licence file via e-mail

after input username @ email @ press create button
struck interface long time
did you think dongle sim fault
dongle usb driver is ok

no sir i did not request here please send me if possible i tried with and without vpn and antivirus not work for me
