best dongle not found - GSM-Forum

hello infinity team ,
first of all thanks whole infinity team for such great softwares .

recently I face some problem on infinity best dongle actually after upgrade os to win7 . before dongle works perfectly .
dongle details = card found: S/N 7CC0:0122
registered to: .:SARCAR:.

now dongle not found issue , maybe it's due to driver but bit confused . here I attach some screenshots hope it will help team to understand where is d issue .

Which version of Best u r trying to use?
Run latest dongle manager i.e 1.56.
Update firmware.
And check

@.:SARCAR:. , Hello. Seems as you still have problem with drivers and card manager servicenot run on system. Install drivers according your reader type and after reboot PC - try run BEST again.

There was utility on support to check card vendor. It help to determine of which one. Also you can just check in device-propertis-info> VID/PID and find info in google about vendor.

Its a problem with your PC but not with drivers.
