best dongle not take automatic RPL backup

need help please
I used best dongle to flash Nokia 108 before and its ok
this time I used to flash 108 Nokia after that gave me contact service
I tried to read RPL after flash and rewrite it but say RPL not match
what I can do please
please update best dongle software to take automatic RPL backup for flash errors
and also how can write a backup flash read by it as a bin file what is mean to backup flash but can't write it again
I sent email to rd [at] infinity-box [dot] com and to ios [at] infinity-box [dot] com , no answer until now

Very interest story.
But one very interest thing - BEST NOT DAMAGE RPL DURING FLASHING.
I sure in that.
So, if it say - wrong RPL and not match with BBID in phone - not try cheat support as it SW fault. Select CORRECT backup, or tell complete story.
I know how can such phones die - it will die after flashing with shinese sh*it boxes, which kills those phones completely.

Seems as you got blinking keyboard phone, flashed it, it On, but you met CS, then you read RPL, write it back and BEST give error about mobile ID inside RPL differes.

complete story some one bring nokia 108 and say the mobile in sometimes hang up and say need to flash it ok take it and flash it using best dongle and truly not open it before flash and after flash open it and say contact service then I tried to search about this problem they say without rpl backup the phone is dead and I didn't take rpl backup before flash
and tried to read rpl after flash and write it again say not match
and also after read info say security damaged
what I can do

1. Your faults :
- Not checked INITITAL mobile state.
What if customer bring you some... Lumia phone ( like 950 ) and say " It sometimes stuck , flash it " - you flash it and get in result "stuck on gears" or "airplane mode" bug , which made by user, not you. Then you must paid for a phone. Or repair it by yourself. And it VERY coustly phone.
- BAD theory knowledge.
You not understand basic and trying collect info by a fact - in result you have just a half of answers/problem explanations, which are not belongs to your one.

2. With that phone :
1. Where is LOGS? I not a extrasense to see them on your HDD. They made exactly for problem cases.
2. Theory. You don't know it well. Back to P1.2
BEST NOT and CAN'T touch RPL during flashing. That is why backup not eanbled during flashing ( it was some time ago, but due some technical reasons it now possible to made only separately. Vendors trying protect phones much, as they can )

1. There is button for RPL read.
2. BEST not write and will not write BIN files. During bin read BEST also make RPL backup. So, if RPL inside that bin damaged already ( seems as it after some chinese tool sh*it ) - bin will change nothing.

Anyway - that all is nothing without logs.

Check your back sticker IMEI.
When you read BIN dump there was already : 359186052173162
If it not as back sticker - that mean someone flashed in that phone other dump already.

Someone already flashed it with other phone dump before you made backup from it.
Right now - it piece of plastic. Probably, there will be some repair stuff, but really can't say any ETA.

Next few updates will bring just CS repair ( contact service, security fix and simlock fix ) in case of not damaged by writing whole dump phones. But it not applicable for your case.
