I was trying to reset only security code thats why I connect is by using usb cable and adding 3k resister to bsi and enterd in local mode .. but software says phone found and but hangs on it.. when i eject the cable it normal again ... At last i did flash it for it .. but tell me where is the problem ....

Problem in bad reading.

Few version ago I was added all, what needed for that. Called XG213 forensic.
Problem not in BEST, but it can solve it without flashing and can extract code in few seconds.

I also remember everything but that was past ... I am user of your product...Hiding my serial number..that is not big deal .. you are the main coder..I got no issues with it and since than I always admit i was wrong.. you can ask moulusky... Yes I read all post again.. You said problem in reading... I can assume it is because of drivers issue or conflict..I am not a expert in it ... Atleast point me to anything i should diagnose ...

Read FullFlash with XG213 ticked and Code/RPL only ticked. That is all.

Not need try. It work. Not matter, stuck phone in local or not. BEST will read full RPL and user code.

Dzirt I faced same problem in nokia x2-02 again... And now I have realized that when mobile in locl mode best software hangs on it... It was tricky for me.. Finally I used UFS selected C2-00 and press check option after detecting it automatically entered into local mode I changed mode manually to test mode at that time it was detected into best software... And I did Ui setting and done... So I don;t know is it a bug or what.. Kindly FIx it ...
Note: I used your mention trick read full flash but at that time it enterd into local mode and hang again...

So, THIS TRICK READ ALL , WHAT you can read FROM MOBILE IN LOCAL!
That is what I not care about such phones. If you not want such way and want enter it to local - flash mcu, and it will enter in local and not hang.
