I have a problem with the module the best of infinity.
I try to open the module and does not open, the display aparace boot image that shows the Nokia N9 and then that image will not see the module.
but if I try ajecutarlo again, tells me that the smart card is not connected. I realized that if you run the program, but does not open fully, not displayed but if it's running on my computer.
because I go to task manager and then processes and it's running as administrator BEST.EXE but I can not use what I see.
also after this treatment to turn off computer or force closure BEST.EXE module and I get on screen end task but it never does and I have to shut pc forced precionado bone with pwr button until it shuts down.

is clear that it is conflict with any other program, but hey I could tell that program is.
not whether it will be something of Adobe Acrobat reader or flash player which are things that are updated automatically.
any ideas?
I am working with latest update of module v1.47
eh also tried uninstall and then install and program as usual.
probe installed in another disk and also another route and not.

clarify, I have windows backup the PC, I work with Windows XP SP3
hit the image of my windows and it works perfectly again, but a day or day and little comes out the same I can not use module, I is not updated anything or done anything. so for me is still some bugs of something that is automatically updated, I have disabled windows updates

Hello.
Remove BEST fully. Even license file.
Reinstall it.
Start (Internet must be active)
Fill license, press create.
After 10-20 seconds SW will restart.
All should work now.

Check drivers and your smartcard reader. Check - correctly fitted card in reader, clean contacts.
