Hi,
you are downloading files directly from ms server so two ways:
1. check your PC, internet connection and disk free space
2. contact to ms and say that they have bad servers

bro all lumia files cant download finish bro
tried many lumia phones
with little phones can download without problem
my internet good and have 500gb free space
when i restart download still stops there

anyway to get files

Install latest BEST - v2.14 , open NaviManager tab, press "?" button and read what inside.
