Hi Best tool Team,

I had posted this issue b4 but ahrdly anything was done abt it. well then I managed to get a temporary solution to my problem. Initially whenever I tried to open Besttool it always said that dongle is not connected then after 3 to 4 times of trying and saying ok to the error I am able to get the software started. But now I am fed up of this issue as it consumes alot of time as some times I have to try at least 8 times to get the app started. evern after starting it I get card error sometimes its license error. until now I have tried new PC, reinstalling drivers.

I get this issue every now and then. Plz if anyone has proper set of instruction to solve this issue. plz share.

Any Java Card reader will work. Error comes when program trying communicate with card.
If you already clean/refit card - reader, seems, have very bad quality.
