bro im try in past 4 hours butt no respond try old and new ver instal these driver NCCD_v7.1.182.0 butt same instal driver from support site

Use 1.81
Use drivers from support.

When drivers install after connect. Second time all goes ok.
So , check drivers again (MTK_USB Serial Port Driver) on support.

Does PC config good? Maybe too much comports/e.t.c. things connected? Try reboot PC and not connect anything rest.
