all driver all ok and phone is detected with Windows Device Recovery Tool and with best tool not detected and hang

SW can't work with other SW running, which can catch device in background.

Can recommend only complete Nokia drivers removing ( all Nokia, WinUSB and rest ) , reboot PC few times, install them again and connect phone to another USB port.
