It is was MAIN idead of SL recovery
Do Read FullFlash on dead phone and after take this file to Restore SL button.

1616 and 1280 can be unlocked since from 2011 via BEST, but it is SL3 phone.

Hi pals i want to ask if it will be possible to extract simlock values from a phone rpl backup.
Am asking this cos i have one unit of C7 that was mistakenly flash with wrong version , i was able able to get the back up of the phone but , after flashing the right version to the phone it powered i wrote back the rpl back up previously save from the phone the imei was ok but the simlock data is bad and the phone is presently on contact service. pls how can i extract this simlock data from rpl?

Also BEST always making PM backup in much cases.
Just check all files for your imei.
