Unhappy BEST won't start on Windows 10, latest stable build

Hey guys,

Just downloaded BEST 2.22 / 2.23 and having an issue, it won't start, when I open the app, nothing happens, and all I get is a few seconds of "location is being used" Windows 10 icon flash that then dissipaters and that is it, tried with Windows 7 / 8 compatibility mode, run as admin, still same.
