Did you even try charge battery first to 25-40%?
Also, there is latest 2.17

i tried also
lumia 520-RM-914
lumia 920-RM-820

2 devices give
Red Light
Error during flashing!
LastErr : 000017F90000000000000000

and when i flash with ATF all ok with same firmware not changed
i used best 2.17

and there is a mistake on RM-820 firmware
firmware is RM-821 Not 820
