No need to create lbf file,just connect power on phone and click ''SL3 Unlock (Fast)...'' under unlock Tab.

the one i have is best dongle which i think is main for Nokia, now i have purchased 100 credit so that i can be able to do network for nokia phone but now i'm unable to unlock ordinary nokia 113 s40 device, PA_SL30 (20 digit) phone.

please let us know (me particularly) which one is main for "network unlock".
