Member: 40400 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1,250 | Yeah, there is a problem with licence creation, the program makes lic. file with zero size, so BEST freezes after that. Who knows mb it's a bug in new version, try to use an old one, 1.9.x for example. But it can be server bug also Keep the copy of licence in safe place |

What to do: Disable your PC Firewall or give enough access for BEST.exe ! 1. Close [BEST] software 2. Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST folder 3. Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file 4. Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file 5. Run [BEST] software 6. Enetr your data and get new licence file Do not request license file more than 3 times per day ! If you have requested license more than 3 times today - you must wait until tomorrow. |
