Please help repair simlock on this phone.
I have full flash back up but after write rpl and pm simlock is still damaged.

It is damaged. So - buy RPL.

I made fullflash backup before erased the flashchip. The simlock was ok before this action.

So, if it was ok - why now it is damaged?
I see Sim.rpl and pm rpl. Was done recovery from full.

I not programmer to tell why is it damaged now. Maybe sim rpl or pm rpl recovery is broken.
Can you check it for me if i upload fullflash?

You was told me about simlock OK BEFORE this operation. Why?

yes before was ok. The phone only had a bad lcd display.
Now is power on and it say (contact service) then turns off.

So, if it before was OK and was connected to BEST once - it was made PM backup. Check via search on pc your phone imei. Will be listed all security backups.
