c2-03 RM-702 bug in version 1.47 and the new 1.48. please check
 

I have a Nokia C2-03 RM-702 to change the menu. Reprogrammed the phone and there is only English. The new version 1.47 and 1.48 please check. I've done the same phone on another box and works
