GSM-Forum - C5_DEAD_Repair

Hello !!
Can anybody helps me to solve my problem. I have a Nokia C5-00 RM-645 that before i have try to reair it, everytimes when start becoming to contact retailer because of start issues. Then i have see that cool video and the solution of BB5 Best Dongle and have buy credits to repair it. But now when i take Restore SL, it say :

Maybe i have to say that this phone is never be locked. I don't no if it is important ?
