No, you can't change chipset by flashing, when you will flash it with different revision, it will kill phone.

Possible flash v2<->v2 to any version (upgrade/downgrade) and any product code

V2<->V1 kill phone boot.

how check phone version v1 or v2 ? in dead mode is it possible to know what version of hwv in side phone ?

In BEST NaviManager it marked as V2 in PC name, no need remember and always check.

Open phone back panel , check PC under sticker.
If it starts with 059xxx - V2 mostly. If it starts with 059Vxxx - V1 mostly. More inside NaviManager. Check by PC and see in PC tab - V2 - mean it for V2, if PC name no V2 - that mean it V1.

ok thanks for help i need to know one more thing if my set is hwv1 and i flash it with v2 any chance to repair with infinty dongle ?

With Dongle - not. Because need some more hw.
Also, if phone alive - just read info. And it will show HwRev and pc inside. Also select correct PC files.
