Hi I got my own SX4 unlimited card, Can I use it when unlocking Lumia phones with bb5best ?
I see some time your sx4 server got problem with autorization and if I will use my own card this problem should not egsist ?

run config software update settings. then unlock again
all will be fine

If local SX4 card inserted in PC - SW will use it. Also you can make separate SX4 auth before unlock - SW will use your card.

local sx4 is a patch that kill orginal data from phone then when you got own card this future is not important becouse more damage then help.

What it damage? Nothing. It just write OWN SD keys, which NOT require FACTORY keys.

need the whole fps20+sx4+phoenix combo to recognise the Best? Or a special driver or other reader just bcose the best don't see when the card is in a common alcor reader

Hello.
I had tested it with PKEY readers ( old jaf and rockey keys )
But in theory, it should work with alcor as well.
Card poling work only on separate SX4 ( not in unlock flow )

Not found, it seems it's not looking at all just bcose the sx4 reader led not flashing and the error message appearing extremely fast (like any other ATR operation )
i'v tried both sx4 auth button

The only reason why i'm forcing this is your SX4 server is sometimes overloaded or unavailable. And of course that time arriving an impatitant xxxx customer.

If there is a chance to try with one of tested readers - that would be great. I have no alcor reader and can't say any eta, when can get it for a test.
BTW we have 2 servers, one can be tuned up with configurator SW ( on support, main dir ) and one is default. You can switch it by a seconds, if current load or offline.

I found a PKEY reader, but the problem is same as before. The error is very quick and w/o any led blinking.

BTW when will be the pin ask? Under the operation or i have to put in the settings file?

Unfortunately i have experienced some freezing and connection error under lumia unlock (sx4 phase). Like the topic starter

I not seen cards with enabled PIN at all. Normally SW check all free readers, connect to them and ask for access. If it granted - it verify about SX4 applet exists and use it.
If card has enabled pin - it will not allow access.
