i need help i tried to activate my old box to some resseller respond

Your order for Infinity-Box/Dongle software activation for Infinity [BEST], Chinese Miracle-2 and 1 year support included has processing failure .
Reason : S/N: 0A73B70D is not exist or Inactive

Everything seems to be fine.
Too old firmware, try to upgrade once and then read info with dongle manager and post info here.
