only 15 Digit supported ....

Try use INFINITY JOB UPLOADER, provided you know your dongle account number and your password you can upload it direct without the dongle.

20 digits codes is not supported by any server.
If you upload 20 digits code to server - you will get no code and your credits will be lost.
